Following the sudden death of 28-year-old adult film actor Seth Peterson (born Adam Daniel Aguirre) in late March 2026, his family actively sought answers regarding the circumstances leading up to his passing.
His mother, Tiffany Aguirre, provided several key details to media outlets, explaining that Peterson had been staying alone at a short-term Airbnb rental in Portland, Oregon.
After his fiancé and fellow creator, Cyrus Stark (Kobe Marsh), reported that Peterson had uncharacteristically failed to answer phone calls for several days, Aguirre contacted the Portland Police Department to request a welfare check, and responding officers discovered his body at the rental on Saturday, March 21.
Dissatisfied with the lack of immediate answers, Aguirre flew to Portland to inspect the short-term rental herself, where she discovered what she described as concerning drug paraphernalia left behind in the space. Based on her firsthand discovery at the scene, Aguirre publicly shared her fears that her son had succumbed to an accidental drug overdose.
While Portland law enforcement quickly confirmed that his death was not being investigated as a homicide, authorities have not yet released an official autopsy report or toxicological determination to the public.
