Now available on Apple TV, YouTube, and Amazon Prime, A Few Feet Away is the 89-minute debut feature film from Argentine writer-director Tadeo Pestaño Caro.
Set against the vibrant Buenos Aires nightlife, this intimate Spanish-language coming-of-age drama follows Santiago (Max Suen), a 20-year-old data center employee navigating identity and connection.
Rather than exploring the traditional challenges of coming out, the narrative dives into the world of gay hookup apps and digital spaces, focusing on the friction between instant physical gratification and the search for authentic emotional intimacy.
Following a successful run on the international LGBTQ+ festival circuit – including a world premiere at London’s BFI Flare and a North American premiere at Reeling Chicago – the film is distributed by Cinephobia Releasing.
Alongside major VOD platforms, the drama is also accessible via specialized queer streaming services like Dekkoo, as well as Tubi and Pluto TV.
