Off Sunset 2026: The Intersection of Art, Kink, and Community Activism
The Off Sunset Festival officially returns to Silver Lake on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from noon to 7pm.
Transforming a half-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard, the event is a staple of the Los Angeles spring calendar, known for its vibrant blend of music, art, and “leather and fetish” subculture.
The event includes multiple stages featuring electronic artists and local talent, as well as a curated street market with artisan jewelry, fine art, and lifestyle goods.
Gourmet food trucks and specialty beer gardens will also be on site.
More than just a street fair, the festival is a community powerhouse. Proceeds benefit the LGBTQ+ community, neighborhood beautification, and youth programs. Since its start, the organizing association has donated over $25,000 to local non-profits like TransCanWork and the Silverlake Conservatory of Music.
