Riccardo Staudt, a 22-year-old gay adult content performer and social media personality who gained a large following online under the stage name Noah Segsy, has died following a drowning incident in Cyprus.
Staudt was found unconscious in the swimming pool of an apartment complex in Paralimni on the evening of August 24. Emergency services were dispatched at around 9:20 p.m., and he was rushed to Famagusta General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy subsequently confirmed drowning as the official cause of death.
Local authorities in Paralimni are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Cypriot media reports noted that the pool where Staudt was found was not particularly deep, leaving unanswered questions about how he became incapacitated or unable to leave the water.
While early reports referred to him as a tourist, business records show Staudt was listed as a director of a company registered in Paralimni in mid-2023. Across OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, and X, he had amassed an extensive audience, primarily within the gay community.
Following his passing, tributes poured in across his social media profiles. A crowdfunding effort organized by a family friend to assist his mother and grandmother with funeral expenses and the cost of repatriating his body to Germany quickly surpassed its initial goal, raising over €20,000. Police investigations into the exact timeline of the drowning remain ongoing.
