Julio Spatola
Julio Spatola has been crowned Mr. Gay World 2025, securing the victory for his homeland, Italy.
The win marks a spectacular comeback for the 40-year-old veteran of the pageant circuit. Spatola, who currently resides in the UK, returned to competition with renewed energy after a 14-year hiatus.
He previously held titles including Mr. Gay Europe and Mr. Gay Italy, and this year defeated delegates from countries including the United States, Spain, Australia, and Japan to take the global crown.
The Mr. Gay World 2025 competition took place last week in Quezon City, Philippines.
