Annual Youth Halloween Carnival
The City of West Hollywood’s Recreation Services Division will host its annual free Youth Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Vista Lawn at Plummer Park, located at 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard.
In accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols, all activities will take place outdoors along with appropriate physical distancing. The LA County Department of Public Health recommends that everyone wear a face mask and notes to “incorporate a face mask that covers your nose and mouth snugly into your costume. A costume mask is NOT a substitute for a face mask that protects against COVID-19.”
Pre-Registration is Required and Attendees Must Follow Safety Protocols.
