SNL’s Kate McKinnon presented Ellen DeGeneres with the Carol Burnett Award at the 77th annual Golden Globe Awards last night.
During her presentation McKinnon revealed what it was like realizing she was gay at a young age – and how it is a “very scary thing to know about yourself.”
“The only thing that made it less scary was seeing Ellen on TV.”
