FXLK PLAY Exhibition Concludes Historic Run in West Hollywood
Following a monumental month celebrating the Tom of Finland Foundation’s past and present artists-in-residence, the historic FXLK PLAY exhibition at Plummer Park’s Long Hall in West Hollywood officially drew to a close last month. The closing reception marked the final opportunity for the community to engage with the landmark showcase.
The evening featured a retrospective screening of exhibition highlights and a presentation by Exhibition Manager Catalina Bulgach. A central highlight of the event was a special appearance by former Artist-in-Residence Daphne von Rey, a Los Angeles-based performance artist whose work explores her experience as an HIV+ transgender individual.
