LA LGBT Center to Host Annual Youth Thanksgiving Celebration on November 14
As the holiday season approaches, the Los Angeles LGBT Center is preparing to host its annual Youth Thanksgiving Celebration on November 14, 2026, offering a vital sanctuary for local young people.
Held at Pride Hall within the Anita May Rosenstein Campus in Hollywood, the gathering is designed specifically to provide a safe, welcoming, and festive environment for vulnerable and unhoused LGBTQ+ youth who may lack familial support systems during the holidays.
Beyond serving a traditional, hearty Thanksgiving feast completely free of charge, the event connects attendees with essential social support services, peer networks, and community resources coordinated by the Center’s dedicated youth services staff.
In tandem with the celebration, community donation drives work to supply participants with winter clothing, hygiene items, and gift cards to help ease seasonal burdens.
