The wait is almost over! Expected to hit Prime Video in late 2026 or early 2027, Red, White & Royal Wedding is officially bringing our favorite First Son and British Prince back to our screens for an all-new chapter.
After the massive success of Amazon MGM Studios’ 2023 hit—which gave us the ultimate rivalry-turned-romance between Alex Claremont-Diaz and Prince Henry—the sequel is venturing past Casey McQuiston’s standalone novel into uncharted territory. Scripted by Gemma Burgess, original film director Matthew López, and McQuiston, the new story spins around a major royal wedding, which the cast teased belongs to Henry’s younger sister, Princess Beatrice.
With director Jamie Babbit steering the ship, cameras wrapped in the UK this past March after a whirlwind winter shoot. Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine are naturally back to deliver their irresistible chemistry, alongside fan favorites Uma Thurman (as President Ellen Claremont), Sarah Shahi, Rachel Hilson, Ellie Bamber, Clifton Collins Jr., and Stephen Fry.
To make the celebration even bigger, the sequel adds major fun energy with new cast members Lena Headey, Chloe Fineman, Henry Ashton, and Alex Høgh Andersen. Get your royal invite ready – Alex and Henry are almost back!
