Join the One Archives Foundation in Los Angeles for an evening of visual storytelling and conversation with Eric C. Wat, on the occasion of his recently released book, Love Your Asian Body: AIDS Activism in Los Angeles.

The event takes place on Wednesday, January 26 5pm PST. 

From the publisher: “A community memoir, Love Your Asian Body connects the deeply personal with the uncompromisingly political in telling the stories of more than thirty Asian American AIDS activists.” 

Eric Wat, a 2018-19 LGBTQ Research Fellow at ONE Archives Foundation, will share archival materials from research conducted at ONE Archives at the USC Library, as well as a selection of his oral history interviews. He will then be joined in conversation with ONE Archives Foundation’s Mellon/ACLS Public Fellow and Communications Manager Jaime Shearn Coan.
