Official details have been released regarding the sudden death of 29-year-old Zachary Jaghab, a gay adult content creator who built a major following online under the stage name Christian Styles.
Born and raised in Canton, Michigan, Jaghab passed away unexpectedly on August 20, prompting a massive outpouring of tributes across social media from fans, peers, and community members.
An autopsy report obtained from the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office confirms that Jaghab died from acute alcohol and mitragynine toxicity. Mitragynine is the primary active alkaloid present in kratom, an herbal botanical native to Southeast Asia that produces both stimulant and opioid-like effects depending on the dosage.
The medical examiner officially ruled the fatal poly-substance combination an accidental overdose, underscoring the serious dangers of mixing central nervous system depressants like alcohol with active plant-based compounds.
