A woman was shot in the city of West Hollywood, leading to a standoff between the suspect and LASD at the Dylan apartment complex, reports WEHO TIMES.
The shooting happened around 10 a.m. Friday in the 7000 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood. Santa Monica Boulevard was closed to moving traffic from La Brea Ave to Formosa Ave this morning.
Updates indicate that the shooting happened near the West Hollywood Gateway. The suspect has barricaded himself at the Dylan apartment complex.
A Los Angeles Sheriff’s helicopter landed on La Brea Avenue near Lexington Avenue.
