The Sin City Classic Sports Festival Presented by Lexus, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ sporting event, has announced that Grammy-winning crossover superstar and staunch LGBTQ+ ally LeAnn Rimes will be the inaugural performer for the new Sin City Classic Concert.
Rimes, who is also a co-star on the ABC TV & Hulu series 9-1-1: Nashville, will take the stage at the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on the LINQ Promenade on Sunday, January 18, 2026, just before the festival’s highly anticipated Closing Party.
The 2026 Sin City Classic Sports Festival, hosted annually by the Greater Los Angeles Softball Association (GLASA), runs from January 15-19, 2026, over the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend.

A Massive Sporting Event: Created in 2008 as an LGBTQ+ softball tournament, the Sin City Classic has grown into a major festival encompassing 24 sports and drawing approximately 10,000 athletes and fans each year.

The Schedule: The weekend kicks off with the Opening Night Registration Party at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Competitions and social events are held throughout the city, culminating with Rimes’ concert and the Closing Party.

Sporting Diversity: The event offers a wide array of competitive sports, including: Basketball, Bowling, Cheerleading, Cornhole, Curling, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Golf, Kickball, Martial Arts, Pickleball, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Tennis, Volleyball, and Wrestling & Grappling, among others.
