It’s not hard to understand why “The Traitors” is a hit with gay viewers, reports Outsports.
The show assembles a captivating mix: numerous “Real Housewives” personalities, a dash of “Drag Race” royalty, and a Tony-winning “Cabaret” Emcee – Alan Cumming – as host. This concentration of LGBTQ+ appeal practically guarantees reality TV gold or the inspiration for Ariana Grande‘s next album.
Interestingly, despite this inherent gay magnetism, the show hadn’t featured contestants from LGBTQ+ sports until recently. However, that’s set to change with the announcement that openly gay Olympic diver Tom Daley will compete in the upcoming celebrity season of “The Traitors UK.”
Daley, who has long expressed interest in entertainment, marks this as his debut as a contestant on a competitive reality show.
Filming is reportedly commencing in Scotland this week.
