On June 21, 2021, Carl Nassib came out as gay and made history as the first-ever active player in the National Football League (NFL) to do so, reports OUT magazine.
Last week, Nassib shared a series of Instagram posts attending a London concert of Taylor Swift‘s The Eras Tour. That particular show, which took place on June 21, 2024, also served as a moment for Nassib to celebrate his three-year anniversary since coming out.
In one of the posts Nassib wrote: “Only a [Taylor Swift] concert would make me forget yesterday was three years! Happy Pride everyone!”
