Micky’s West Hollywood, the iconic gay restaurant, bar and nightclub, located at 8855 Santa Monica Blvd, has officially been listed for sale, reports WEHO TIMES.
Commercial real estate agency The Brandon Michaels Group of Marcus & Millichap has been selected to exclusively market the 9,200 square foot, two-story space situated on 0.10 acres of land (4,406 SF), in the heart of West Hollywood’s LGBT Rainbow District.
According to the listing, the seller will consider a sale-leaseback for 5 years from the close of escrow with one additional 5-year term (lease terms are potentially negotiable), for the asking price of $14,000,000.
