Clint Yeager, longtime Eagle LA bartender and musician, has died. RIP
Beloved musician and Eagle LA bartender Clint Yeager passed away last month during an emergency surgery.
According to a post on Yeager’s sister-in-law’s Facebook page Clint “had developed an abscess in his lung that was making it difficult for him to breathe. The surgery was to drain that. The surgery was going well and the doctors were about to close when his heart stopped. They tried everything to revive him, but could not get his heart beating again,” wrote Bren, Clint’s sister-in-law.
“I know many of you loved Clint and he will be deeply missed. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to him over the last couple of weeks. It really meant a lot to him to know you loved him and were thinking about him. Everyone in our family thanks you for loving and supporting our sweet Clint!!!”
A celebration of Clint’s life was held last month at the Eagle LA.
“He was a unique beacon of light that touched the hearts of everyone he met,” said Eagle LA co-owner Charlie Matula.
