Pride events taking place this month include DTLA Proud and Ventura County’s Pride Festival
The DTLA Proud Festival will take place in Pershing Square this month on August 27–29. The festival celebrates the culture, history, and diversity of the growing LGBTQ+ community that lives, works, and plays in the thriving heart of the city of Los Angeles.
Featuring a diverse lineup of local stage talent, community booths, art installations, retail vendors, interactive exhibits, food trucks, bars, and a pop-up water park, DTLA Proud Festival is created by the community, for the community.

The Ventura County’s Pride Festival will be an exciting, virtual, and in-person event that will include online programming on August 20th and 21st, a downtown promenade and Pride After Party Saturday, August 21 and Drag Queen Bingo Sunday, August 22nd.
